I, Marc Celestin Jr. (SEXYBEEF) is no longer part of ENERGY. Which is a group that is conducted by Ralph “Yuri” Chevry, Donald Gelin and Ralph Menelas.

For the past 8 months I’ve been part of an unofficial team not yet introduced to the public. I have attended rehearsals at 11pm on Wednesday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s after my grueling work shift, which is 9am to 10:15pm almost everyday. I have always found a way to attend rehearsals and sometimes arrived before everyone even though I came from a longer distance. I’ve made lots of sacrifices to be part of ENERGY. I even went as far as bringing my children to the rehearsal when I didn’t have a babysitter, even though I don’t feel like it was a safe environment for kids.

I initially wanted $20,000 for the deal but we settled for $15,000. On January 29th 2022 I was given a deposit of $7,500 and I was supposed to receive the other half which is $7,500 (totaling $15,000).

*I also mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to come to rehearsal/promotions/video/or do MusicProductions before this balance was fully paid off. They understood the deal and agreed. But instead, they paid me the other half in 4 parts which was not what I wanted, as it’s hard to keep track of. Exitement was in the air everyone was happy and ready for the start up of the band rehearsals, so I let that slide. Everyone seemed so happy to start the new journey, I felt bad because I was holding them up due to the unfinished business with management.

I sent them the written contract to sign off and that’s when they said they are not going to sign it. No explanation was given to me as to why they would not sign it.

Fast forward to a couple of months ago, to when I needed my other half of the deposit. I asked management for it, after asking multiple times, it still took an additional month to give me the balance. Which caused a lot of stress and frustration on my end. I believe that’s where the major problems began.

*Management was upset and would have many “SECRET” meetings and not invite me. Even though I was supposed to be a “MEMBER”. They wanted me to make MORE sacrifices to show that I’m involved and want to be in the band. But, they never saw the sacrifices I’ve been making to be at rehearsals from 11pm to 4am. Not to mention my 1 hour drive from Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm Beach after rehearsals. Sometimes I would be so tired driving back home, I would almost fall asleep while driving cause I overworked myself. I even almost crashed a few times. Thank God I didn’t.

I’ve asked Ralph about Music Productions for the band. His reply was, “I know you sell music to everyone else but when can we hear something from you to see how you’ll contribute to the album”. I stated, “sure, I have lots of songs for sale” then he said let me hear some. I immediately let him hear 2 songs that I was working on presenting to the band. He Loved them both and also let Fanfan Epav hear them. Fanfan was smilling from ear to ear because he to liked what he heard. So, I told him my price and he said it was too high so I asked him what his price was he didn’t say and quickly changed the conversation so I left it at that.

Many studio sessions where held that I wasn’t invited to or told about with a Producer that came from Paris. They have kept EVERYTHING a secret from me but yet I’m supposed to be a “MEMBER” Lol. “Member nan bouch”.

Lots of talks behind my back is causing me not to TRUST management or want to be around them. This decision is for my own safety, I don’t like what they do and how they move around me.

THE ATMOSPHERE and “ENERGY” IS NOT GOOD.

*****ABOUT THE $15,000*****

1.Breach of our verbal arrangement.

When people came from the media to video tape the rehearsals and it was publicized everywhere on social media while our deal was not yet finalized (Without my consent).

2. It’s been 8 months of WORK for Energy.

3. The payments were given to me in 5 portions when I asked for 2 payments, to keep better track of things.

4. MY TIME was wasted.

5. Wear and tear on my car/Gas included.

( I WILL HAVE MY MANAGER CALL ENERGY’S MANAGEMENT TO SETTLE).
